ADULT COUNSELING

Individual counseling offers professional support that will accompany you and shed light on your path when you lose your way, feel challenging emotions very frequently and intensely, and need to make sense of what you experience and feel.

Based on confidentiality principles and trust, you can bring your mental, behavioral and emotional processes that you want to share to therapy; You can apply for therapy support for personal awareness, change and solutions. You can get psychological support for the difficulties you experience in your work, family and social life, stress, traumatic life events, anxiety, depression and situations you want to change and transform.

Although therapy support cannot always be the solution to every problem, you can evaluate with your therapist the ways to access the resources you need to cope with the problems, and start looking at events and situations from different perspectives and take the steps of your personal journey.

Considering that the therapy process is a personal journey of discovery, we know that a person's story begins before birth and that it is important to realize their own internal processes in order to make sense of the difficulties they face in their daily lives. With the therapy process, the person sets out to know himself, realize himself and change.

Aiming for you to realize your own candela in this journey, we are here not to show the way, but to shed light on the road together and accompany you in your state of being on the road.
