PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT

We can define individuals' journeys of knowing themselves, making sense of their feelings and thoughts, reframing their experiences, and contacting their inner processes as some of the goals of psychotherapy.

 

Sometimes people need short-term, psychoeducational-based consultancy when they encounter difficulties, during crisis periods, and when they need to support their coping skills. Unlike psychotherapy, psychological counseling is more solution-oriented, has a specific approach on a subject-based basis, and works are carried out to overcome the crisis period.

 

In our psychological support and psychotherapy studies, we aim to provide the highest benefit within the framework of ethical principles and competencies by correctly understanding the needs of our clients. Taking advantage of modern technology and believing in the power of psychological support to overcome distances, based on online interviews, taking care of the best interests of our clients and upholding ethical principles while practicing our profession are among our most important priorities. We are here to meet the psychological support needs of our clients with a sensitive, empathetic and non-judgmental approach, and to accompany our clients with safe and healthy therapeutic relationships.

 

In our work with adults and children, we benefit from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Play Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy techniques and humanistic experiential schools. Believing that there are many ways to raise awareness and change, we carry out eclectic studies tailored to the needs of our clients.
